First sharing
Greetings from the peaceful village of Guysborough. Ahh first day of summer, full moon and Guysborough will be a wonderful place to spend a stay-cation!
Looks like it will be a fun one on the Pathways of our wee village . The trans Canada trail is welcoming all wanderers who like to take in the flora and fauna of the area.
Beginning July 8th, on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM there is a drop in Yoga class in the Jost building at the waterfront. This is a good time to take an evening to "Defrag" and enjoy the company of like minds ....all ages and levels welcome. (It may be a good time to try yoga if you are new to it) The class is sponsored by the Guysborough Recreation Dept. and the drop in cost is $ 10.00 or purchase a punch card at $25. 00 for any 4 classes. (Student & Family rates also available) During the months of July and August we will have guest instructors joining us at various times....stay tuned for updates.
This weekend I will be attending a Yoga clinic in Antigonish Sponsored by Stacy Steeves Studio in Antigonish. The guest teacher is Robert Webber of the YOGA LOFT in Halifax.
